Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond promptly to queries and feedback requests
• Ensure timely payment as per agreed milestones
• Maintain backups of their data unless otherwise contracted

Payment Terms

• All projects require a deposit before commencement.
• Remaining payments are due upon milestone completion or final delivery.
• Late payments may incur a fee or delay in service.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Intellectual Property

• Code developed by LaraWebDev remains our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the custom code transfers to the client.
• We retain the right to reuse non-exclusive components, libraries, or templates.

Project Timelines

• Estimated delivery dates are provided based on scope and complexity.
• Delays caused by client inaction or scope changes may affect timelines.
• We strive to communicate proactively about any schedule adjustments.

Hosting & Deployment

• Hosting setup and server configuration are offered as add-on services.
• We are not liable for third-party hosting issues unless under a managed hosting agreement.
• Clients are responsible for domain registration and renewal, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Testing & Bug Fixes

• We conduct thorough testing before delivery.
• Feature requests or scope changes made after delivery may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
• We are providing the highest level of support for a lifetime, and a 1-year free support.
• The support fee will be applicable after 1-year, and the fee depends on the type of support.
